**The Company**

Gordon Brothers Industries is the largest Industrial Refrigeration Company in Australia. We have offices in each mainland state and provide complete industrial refrigeration solutions including design, construction and comprehensive servicing for a wide range of sectors including mining, chemical, food and beverage.

**The Role**

Gordon’s is looking for a passionate **Administrator** to join their office located in Brisbane. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity to work as part of a team with career advancement possibilities.
- Provide administrative support for the service department, including service technicians.
- Answering incoming phone calls.
- Creating and raising service jobs.
- Timecard data entry.
- Reconciliation of BOC accounts and follow up on gas bottles.
- Generate purchase orders for service technicians and engineers.
- Back up service administrators and main reception when on leave.
- Contribute to continuous development of internal systems to streamline administration functions.
- Development of pronto service “Training Module” documents.
- Maintaining license and training records, equipment maintenance records, ARCTICK license documentation.
- Collate all supporting documentation (service reports, maintenance sheets, etc.)
- Filing and maintenance of records retained in the Melbourne office.
- Requesting purchase orders from customers before sending to customer accounts.
- Advising customers of costs in order to gain a purchase order prior to invoicing.
- Receipting of purchase orders.
- Processing ‘goods return’ in Pronto (supplier credits).
- Assisting in managing work in progress report.
- Raising of picking slips from GBI store in Pronto.
- Issue stock from Pronto inventory warehouse onto jobs.

- Customer service skills (Strong service orientation)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and teamwork ability
- Professionalism and pro-activeness
- Excellent time management and work prioritization skills
- Relationship management with both employees and customers
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Self-motivated and proactive
