We’re incredibly busy right now and need the support and assistance that only a super talented Administrator can provide.
Initially a temp role, although something more permanent might emerge over the coming months.
You will play a key role in the business and act as the 'go to' person for a wide range of administrative duties. These will cover general admin, finance, HR, marketing etc. There’s certainly plenty to keep you busy and interested.
We’re a friendly bunch, so you’ll fit right in if you’re outgoing and personable. You’ll also need to be a real team player who loves working in a collaborative environment.
Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be based in our modern Spring Hill office on a daily basis.
**Key duties and responsibilities**:
- Finance & HR administration
- Sales administration
- Document preparation
- Submitting documents online/portals
- Meeting room preparation
- IT Support/Set up
- Generating reports and data
- Liaising directly with the leadership team when required
**About you**:
- 3 years + in a similar Administration/Office Coordinator role
- Exceptional attitude, great communication and interpersonal skills
- Stakeholder management
- Experienced in MS Suite and Outlook
- Solution focused and proactive nature
- Resilient and able to push back when required
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
- Able to work autonomously and make decisions
