**ABOUT US**

With nearly 50 of our own specialist clinics in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Croatia, Netherlands and UK, we perform over 250,000 treatments annually in the field of plastic surgery and aesthetic medicine.

We are currently looking for a **Clinic Manager (M/F/d) **with Storemanager or Clinic Manager/Receptionist experience for our clinic in **Sydney**. Join our passionate medical team and become part of one of Europe´s leading providers of aesthetic treatments. Work alongside experienced doctors in modern and well-managed outpatient clinics with friendly colleagues.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Customer support
- Booking scheduling and coordination of appointments
- Practice organization (e.g. appointment management, complaint and error management, purchasing and material management)
- Team organisation and leadership (e.g. duty and holiday planning, hiring and training new colleagues)
- Facilitating communication between the team, patients and doctors
- Communication to headquarters in Berlin, Germany
- Increase M1 brand visibility throughout the chain to consumers / patients
- Create effective product concepts and retail strategies alongside your M1 Select Product colleagues (cosmetics)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship
- At least 3 years of experience in a comparable position
- Strong communicative skills and a friendly personality
- Strong reliability, accuracy and accountability when it comes to both written work and customer service
- Outstanding independent work ethic with superior self
- and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
