Position Purpose

Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can make a difference each day? Interface is seeking a motivated Production Assistant to join our team In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across all production areas.

Areas of Responsibility
- Understands the daily schedule and works to achieve outcomes
- Work to standard operating procedures individually and in a team environment.
- Exercises skills to perform basic tasks in a range of operational areas, as required.
- Be aware of and meet customer needs both internal and external
- Keeps records of basic information on production and/or quality indicators as required
- Actively works to reduce, reuse and recycle waste.
- Demonstrate safe working behaviours
- Clean, adjust, replace, examine (CARE) activities carried out for the process.
- Follows 5S principles and keeps area organised.

Qualifications and Experience Required
- Intermediate computer skills
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Time Management, organisational and multi-taking skills
- Effective communication skills and customer focused.
