Koala is one of Australia’s fastest growing eCommerce companies and we are looking for a world class Product Assistant. You will play an incredibly important role in the development process, supporting the Business Manager in bringing Koala’s designs to life by launching products our customers will love. - Create and manage the critical path for every product we develop, helping the Product Manager and Business Manager to keep every milestone on track.
- Coordinate all aspects of product samples, from brief to production to shipping to payment, ensuring internal teams and suppliers are informed and engaged as needed.
- Build strong working partnerships with the wider product, operations and marketing teams, being the first point of contact for product queries.
- Support the Business Manager in preparing analysis, research, presentations & resources for all meetings that involve suppliers, cross-functional teams and executive leaders.
**Requirements**:
Ideal background
- 2+ years in product development or manufacturing in the home, furniture or fashion industry.
- The drive and energy to be organized alongside the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Amazing attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- A whizz in all things Office, and particularly awesome at Excel with strong analytical and numerical skills.
