Due to continued business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Team Assistant to join our high-performing Development team at our new masterplanned community based in Kingscliff.

**About the Role**

As the Team Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of Development Operations, Project Director, and the broader Development team. You’ll help foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture that delivers on both operational and development priorities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Office Management of small project office
- Organise and complete support tasks for the Development function such as meeting coordination and events
- Complete SAP (payments) and Ariba (procurement) functions on behalf of the Development teams
- Assist the Development teams with contractor and consultant engagement administration
- Monitoring and reporting on purchase order and invoice performance
- Maintain and manage meetings rooms and hot desks at sales/regional offices
- Take a proactive role with Operational Risk compliance processes
- Assist the broader Admin teams on other projects with any workload pressures, including during periods of annual leave (as directed)

**About you**

This is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ideal for someone who thrives on agility and takes a proactive approach to their work. You will be experienced in:

- Managing supplier payments and associated administration
- Coordinating diaries, events and projects requiring the capability to be flexible in order to meet deadlines
- Full Microsoft Office 365 suite, up to intermediate level and exposure to SAP being highly desirable
