**About The Job**

As a Customer Service Assistant, you will join a team dedicated to effectively communicating with our clients. The team ensures that clients utilize the app optimally, assists in troubleshooting, solves daily issues, and enhances customer satisfaction and education. Your daily tasks will involve managing incoming tickets and prioritizing them effectively to provide exceptional service to our clients.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Proven working experience in retail sales
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service focus.
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Product Knowledge. Features and Benefits
- Manage Point of Sale processes
- Checking off stock and receiving new deliveries Pricing stock correctly
- Maintaining Outstanding Store Condition and Visual Merchandising Standards
- Assist with the sales process by maintaining a fully stocked store
- Tidying and cleaning store
- Follow all policies and procedures

**Salary**: $4,755.84 - $5,331.49 per month
