The Manager, Customer Service is responsible for supporting the Team Leader - Customer Service and Education in the management of the customer service team by providing leadership and people management skills to support the effective running of the team.

The Portable Long Service Authority is an independent statutory body established to administer the Long Service Benefits Portability Act 2018. The Act, together with the Long Service Benefits Portability Regulations 2020 provide a Portable Long Service Benefits Scheme.

The Portable Long Service Benefits Scheme began on 1 July 2019 to ensure eligible workers in the community services, contract cleaning and security industries can build up long service benefits based on time in their industry, rather than with a single employer.

**About you**

As the Manager, Customer Service you will be able to:

- Demonstrate experience in a senior role providing advice and support to executives and executive management teams on complex issues.
- Exceptional business writing skills with an ability to present data, information, and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
- Demonstrate understanding and capability in leading, managing and developing a team responsible for operational service delivery.
- Develop high level collaborative relationships and partnerships which enhance internal and external customer engagement and experience.
