**A Day in the Life**:Medtronic has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Educator to join our Acute Care and Monitoring (ACM) business in Victoria. This is an exciting opportunity to be an integral member of our highly successful Acute Care and Monitoring (ACM) business at Medtronic, delivering world class education for the range of products.

Our Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business works together with the global healthcare community to solve clinically meaningful problems, with technologies and solutions for blood oxygen management, respiratory compromise and perioperative complications.

**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned**:

- Plan, organize, conduct and evaluate educational programs for identified stakeholders including Anaesthetists, Anaesthetic Technicians, Intensivists, Nurses, Biomedical engineers and Surgeons
- Supports field personnel in providing the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic customers.
- Provide technical backup during clinical or surgical procedures as required
- Partners with clinical team and regional sales teams to promote customer case and sales support
- Support with developing workshops and delivering technical product and therapy education to employees and customers, including new hire training and support and recertification
- Participates in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness.
- Identifies and facilitates execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support Team.
- Maintain an awareness of the marketplace development needs; working closely with customers and staff to monitor education needs and skills.

**Required Knowledge and Experience**:

- A bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in the clinical setting or within the medical industry as an educator or facilitating education/training
- Based in Melbourne
- Has an active driver’s license and own vehicle
