The opportunity:
After experiencing recent growth in the business, we are seeking a Clinical Lead to join our team in a permanent, part-time role.

The role will predominantly based at Keswick, with some local travel required across Metro Adelaide, and working between the hours of 14:30 and 22:30 with alternate weekends between 07:00 and 15:30.

Key responsibilities

If you are looking to expand your leadership skills in the community, utilise your nursing experience and you enjoy a varied workload, this could be your perfect role

Your day will be a mix of direct client care and providing clinical leadership to the team to support the effective and efficient delivery of services and quality outcomes for clients and carers. You will provide education, advice and support to our staff to ensure consistency of service quality and staff competence. Use your highly developed relationship building skills to work with employees across the organisation, external providers and clients.

About you
- Current registration with AHPRA and a minimum 3 years post-graduate clinical experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Background in Palliative Care and or Paediatrics desirable
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work within allocated timeframes
- Based on Silver Chain Group Policy and State Government Directions, you will be required to provide evidence of your COVID-19 vaccinations, including booster requirements, or evidence of a medical exemption, to be considered for employment with Silver Chain._
