**Role**: Permanent full time, based in Chelsea Heights. Our standard work week is 38 hours. Monday -Thursday 7.30am-4pm and Friday 7.30am-2pm.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a factory machine operator/ factory all-rounder to join our dynamic team.

You will start as a factory all rounder and assist with packing, store duties and be trained to operate a variety of advanced slitting/rewinding machinery. Previous experience in manufacturing facility or with slitting machinery is not necessary as training will be provided. This is an ideal opportunity for someone keen to learn and make a career in this fast growing industry.

**Requirements**:

- Full Australian working rights
- Have own reliable means of transport
- Current Forklift license (preferred but not mandatory)
- Capable of working both in a team environment and autonomously
- Ability to follow machine safety and operating procedures
- Enthusiastic and reliable, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Some heavy lifting is required.

**Remuneration**: Above award rate and potential overtime.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
