E-commerce Assistant

We are looking for an e-commerce assistant to help our company with running our online store. Duties will include day to day checking of eBay orders, organising delivery, as well as responding to customer messages and inquiries. There will also be a focus on maintaining product listings including new products, generating descriptions, use Photoshop to generate images that maintain the eBay account image and maximise the sales potential of our online store.
**Online Account Representative Responsibilities**:
- Manage eBay orders
- Manage new and current item listings
- Respond to customer messages and inquiries
- Take new item images
- Organise order deliveries
- Track eBay sales performance
- Remain current with eBay category discounts and trends
**Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes**:
- Competent with computers
- Auto parts knowledge desirable but not necessary
- Experience using eBay/online platforms
- Be able to create product descriptions/graphics
- Excellent written communication skills
- Provide insights into the business based on customer feedback
**HOURS OF WORK**
Monday to Thursday
8:30am to 5:00pm
Friday
8:30am to 3:00pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual
**Salary**: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
