We are now seeking a **Digital Marketing Specialist** to help take our online strategy to the next level.

**Role Overview**

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Sunrise International, you will be responsible for driving traffic, conversions, and brand visibility through SEO, Google Ads (PPC), and paid social media advertising across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage **Google Ads campaigns** (Search, Display, Shopping) with a focus on ROI and conversion tracking
- Optimize our website and content for **SEO** (technical, on-page, and off-page)
- Create, manage, and scale paid **Meta and TikTok ad campaigns** to drive traffic and sales
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports on ad spend, conversions, traffic sources, and ROI
- Collaborate with internal team for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
- Produce ad creatives, headlines, captions, and A/B test variations
- Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates
- Support our eCommerce presence through product listing optimization and audience targeting strategies

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **Google Ads/PPC** campaign management
- Strong understanding of **SEO principles and tools** (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
- Hands-on experience running **Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads**:

- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights
- Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and product marketing (Shopify/WooCommerce experience a plus)
- Excellent copywriting skills for ad creatives and landing pages
- Strong communication and time-management skills
- Self-starter with a passion for performance-driven marketing

Pay: $70,000 - $80,000p.a Inc Super

**Work Location**: In person at Chelsea Heights VIC 3196
**Work Authorisation**: Full working rights in Australia required
**Experience**: 1-2 years in a similar role preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
