Location: Auchenflower, just 5 mins from Toowong Shopping Village and 10 mins from Brisbane City
Remuneration: $31.40/hr - $32.99 /hr + 11.5% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances

Your part in The Wesley Hospital team

As the front face of our busy Outpatient Allied Health Centre, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the team, providing a tailored service through administrative support, and delivering high level customer service to patients and their loved ones.

Key duties and responsibilities will include:

- Liaising with patients on behalf of the Allied Health and Visiting Medical Practitioners
- Answering incoming calls and aiding as required
- Scheduling appointments for visiting patients, including follow ups for future appointments
- Conducting health fund checks, invoice accounts and process patient payments for appointments
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
- Access, prepare, file and return medical charts as specific to the unit and program
- Coordination of room bookings for Allied Health appointments and programs for patients
- Ideally seeking those with flexibility to work 4 days per week across Monday - Friday, between hours 7am - 4.30pm, as required. No weekend shifts available._
