Administration Officer

**The Wesley are inviting a part-time Administrator, skilled in Medical Reception, to join our Allied Health Outpatient Services**

Our team includes Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Social Workers and Dietitians. We offer a wide variety of services including Women’s and Men’s Health, Outpatient, Rehabilitation and Persistent Pain.**Your Role**:

- As the front face of our busy Allied Health Outpatient Clinic, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the team, providing a tailored service through administrative support, whilst providing an exceptional level of customer service to patients and their loved ones. With no two days the same, you’ll:
- Liaise with patients on behalf of the Allied Health and Visiting Medical Practitioners, answering incoming calls and aiding as required
- Schedule appointments for visiting patients, including follow ups for future appointments
- Conduct health fund checks, invoice accounts and process patient payments for appointments
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence efficiently
- Access, prepare, file and return medical charts as specific to the unit and program
- Coordination of room bookings for Allied Health appointments and programs for patients
- This is fixed term, part-time opportunity for 12 months, with the potential to extend.**You’ll demonstrate**

- Adaptability to changing priorities, with the ability to provide an exceptional, tailor-made service to your Visiting Medical Practitioners
- Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to independently prioritise your workload
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in your day to day work
- An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support as required
