**SharePoint Technical Administrator**

**Full-time**

Are you a Microsoft 365 SharePoint Specialist? Are you ready to serve as a senior technical resource across a variety of Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online centric solutions?

We are looking for a driven and passionate individual with deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 technology stack and project experience to join our team. This role will see you supporting a wide range of stakeholders across the Uniting Church in Australia, Queensland Synod through providing innovative tech solutions and on-going administration.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, implement, document and maintain a variety of Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online centric solutions, including:

- Web Content Management (e.g. Intranet, Extranet, Azure)
- Collaboration (e.g. MS Teams/Project/Community sites, MySite/OneDrive)
- Business process management (e.g. workflow, electronic forms)
- Document Management (e.g. custom content types, policies, metadata)
- Act as a senior technical resource to guide IT staff and internal customers on important technological decisions and ensure smooth and top-quality delivery of projects.
- Capture and translate business requirements to deliver “fit for purpose” technology solutions (including documentation).
- Lead and/or assist in the creation of prototypes, POCs, presentations, collateral, etc

**About You**:
***You will hold a tertiary qualification in Information technology or Information Management.

You will have a solid technical understanding and proven ability with Microsoft SharePoint Online, PowerBI, PowerApps and Teams, whilst also demonstrating development and administration expertise, including MySites, Lists, Content types, workflows and more. You have experience in project delivery including intranet /extranet portals and document migration ensuring internal customers are front of mind when delivering technical solutions.
