**Responsibilities**:

- Conducting thorough review and analysis of financial records to identify outstanding debts.
- Recording all interactions and updates in the company's database accurately and promptly.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns from clients regarding their accounts.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining records, and processing financial transactions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in finance administration, debt collection, or a related field.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations tactfully.
- Proficiency in using financial software and databases to manage accounts and track collections.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing debt collection practices is preferred.
- Must be an Australian Citizen and be willing to undertake a Criminal History Check
