Administration Superintendent (Finance)

Golding are recruiting for an Administration Superintendent for our Brisbane office, located in Milton.

Golding is a successful mining, urban and civil infrastructure project management services business with projects and operations across Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia. Golding is currently seeking an **Administration Superintendent** for a fulltime permanent role to work in our Finance team located at Milton. We offer flexible working arrangements with the possibility to work from home two days a week.

You will be enthusiastic, motivated to succeed and have a high attention to detail. Experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive business matters will be an advantage. A proactive and organised work style along with strong leadership and interpersonal skills will be essential for role success.

**Key role tasks include**:

- Manage the off site administration processes in accordance with the relevant systems of work in the GMS such that standardisation is achieved;
- Analyse off site administration system set measures such that recommendations for improvement can be made to your Manager;
- Resolve queries as a result of your teams interactions with site;
- Perform administration work where required including for leave coverage;
- Work with your Manager to document process, design and implement authorised systems; and

**Key capability requirements include**:

- SAP experience in a high transaction Finance Department essential;
- Demonstrated and successful previous Team Leadership experience;
- Experience using Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Demonstrated ability to self-manage priorities in a changing and fast paced work environment;
- Strong work ethic and commitment to deliver outcomes efficiently.
