**The Company**
Redpath Partners have partnered with one of Australia's largest retail property agencies who specialise in the advisory, property management and leasing of retail shopping centres across the country. Together we are seeking a Centre Manager / Property Manager to lead a small team based on site.

**The Role**:
Due to a newly acquired shopping centre under management, we are now seeking a new Centre Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities will include:

- Arrears management
- Community engagement
- Preparing the annual business plan, budgets and forecasting
- Managing relationships with retailers
- Identifying leasing opportunities including casual mall leasing
- Assisting with the Centre's marketing strategy
- Managing the debtors report
- Reviewing and analysing centre performance
- Leading the Centre Management team
- Liaising with off-site portfolio managers and leasing executives
