**About Peter Rabbit Child Care Centre**

Peter Rabbit is a Childcare service centre where standards and quality education & care, are of the highest importance.

We are currently seeking a qualified Childcare Centre Manager to work on a Full-time basis to join our team of professionals immediately.

**The Role**
Responsible for overseeing education, physical and personal growth activities for pre-primary school students, and coordinate staff and resources for our childcare centre.

**Your daily responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Create and implementing programs and activities to promote the children's social, physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing.
- Develop rules and consequences to ensure proper behaviour and safety.
- Ensure government regulations and standards are met.
- Handle the accountancy of the organisation and hire and supervise staff.
- Interact with the parents as to their children's development and behaviour.
- Maintain the children's records.
- Order products needed for the day to day running of the centre.
- Oversee that the facility is safe and secure for the children, staff, and visitors.
- Supervise the care of the children.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
