About your role:
As the Program Officer you will:
Undertake specialist project activities to achieve the outcomes expected of the program.
Oversee the development, implementation and monitoring of program plans and phases, including the coordination of the various activities with achieving the program objectives.
Responsibilities include:
Support the development of communication materials (such as slide decks, publications, promotional materials, video productions).
Support the development of communication plans in liaison with content experts.
Prepare, edit and publish a range of communication content for departmental publications, newsletters, websites, social media and correspondence.
Work with team members and stakeholders, including the in-house graphic design team and external suppliers, to create engaging content and resources.
Our ideal applicant will have the following key attributes:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail in the preparation of communication materials and approval documentation.
Comms all-rounder with the ability to work collaborative in and across teams.
Works collaboratively with colleagues and suppliers, such as graphic designers and videographers.
Ability to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines and deliver quality work in a timely manner.
Competency in communication tools, platforms and software including Microsoft, Adobe, Canva and Vision 6.
