**Disability Support Worker - Werribee**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our team in Werribee, supporting a young client living with ASD, ADHD and mild Intellectual Disability. This role requires someone who is caring, resilient, and confident in supporting behaviours of concern.

This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life while enjoying fun and active hobbies like exercise, yoga, swimming, dancing, and music alongside the client.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Providing 1:1 constant supervision to ensure safety and wellbeing
- Supporting with medication assistance and daily routines
- Implementing and following behaviour support strategies
- Encouraging participation in activities like yoga, exercise, swimming, music, and dance
- Assisting with community access, including transport to family visits and Saturday group activities
- Offering positive, consistent support to build skills, independence, and trust

**Shifts (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday)**:

- **Morning shift**: 6:00 am - 9:30 am
- **Afternoon shift**: 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- **Sleepover**: 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm (MUST be available for 2 -3 sleepovers per week)
- ADHOC Weekend support for group activities/family visits

**What we’re looking for**
- Experience in Behaviour Support
- Background supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, and mild Intellectual Disability
- Trained in medication assistance
- Understanding of mental health support
- Confidence in working with young clients

**Your Certificates and Licences**
- NDIS Workers Screening Check (Current)
- Working with Children Check (Current)
- Australian Driver's License
- Comprehensive Insurance on Vehicle
- NDIS Orientation Module - Quality, Safety and You
- First Aid and CPR (Current)

**Pay Rates**
E3.1 (Casual in home and SIL)
**SCHADS Award E3.1 Casual Rates (before tax)**:

- Base hourly rate: $35.15
- Afternoon shift (shift ends between 8pm and midnight, Monday to Friday): $38.67
- Active Night shift (Finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Monday to Friday) $39.37
- Saturday: $49.21
- Sunday: $63.27
- Public holiday: $77.33
- All employees will be required to comply with mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work._
