**About Us**:
Instant Community Care is a registered NDIS provider. We support people with disabilities to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their homes and community. We are currently looking for caring and reliable Disability Support Workers to join our growing team.

**Job Role**:
As a Disability Support Worker, you will support NDIS participants with:

- Daily living tasks (e.g., cooking, cleaning, personal care)
- Community access and social activities
- Transportation to appointments or outings
- Following individual support plans
- Promoting independence and safety
- Providing respectful and person-centred care

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services (preferred)
- Experience working with people with disabilities (NDIS experience is a plus)
- Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to get one)
- Driver’s license and reliable car (preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Friendly, caring, and reliable attitude

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 20 per week
