**About the role**:
As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will ensure accurate, timely and reliable data is maintained and managed in the relevant Supply Chain data repository/system(s) to support the Supply Chain reporting and analytics requirements.

You will also be responsible for the development, integration and management of all ETL processes (Efficiently, timely and reliably) for the relevant Supply Chain data systems

Data sources include: Consolidated DCs, Cross-Dock providers, Import DCs, Agency Labour hire companies, Freight Forwarding data, Ocean shipping line data, 3rd Party billing compliance data (eg. Profectus), all Transport providers, others as required, etc.

You will also enhance supply chain reporting systems for presentation to supply chain and the broader business, as well as, review opportunities to optimise data and reporting architecture for Supply Chain (SAP, Hana, BW, Snowflake, Power BI etc).

**About you**:

You will possess the following:

- A proven record in Data base development and administration. Highly Proficient in the use of MS Reporting Server, MS Visual Studio, and SQL Server Report Builder. SAP ERP and BW exposure.
- Highly confident in using Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Operational background in warehousing and distribution. Exposure to Kronos database and tables is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen. Ability to present data in a logical manner. Able to adapt to ever changing and dynamic retail environment. Self starter, who shows strong leadership skills. Strong system skills. Strong written and verbal communicator
- Expert level in SQL and some exposure to MySQL.
