Primary Aim of Position:
To provide a high level of support to the team

To provide an exceptional level of service to clients in their dealings with the organisation

To ensure accuracy, consistency and punctuality in all work produced

Key Responsibilities & Duties

Greeting clients at the office with a “silver service” experience

Accurate typing & data entry

Maintaining & filing documentation

Maintaining neatness & efficiency of the office

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Certificate IV or higher in Finance & Mortgage broking is desirable

High level of customer service skill is essential - experience in a customer facing role (reception, retail or hospitality)

Must display initiative, integrity and be a team player

Professional, corporate presentation & dress

Good level of computer literacy, familiar with the Microsoft suite of products

High level of data entry accuracy

Drivers licence is required

- 45000 AUD - 50000 AUD (Annum)
