**About the Role**
We’re seeking an experienced **Travel Business Leader** to join our team as a **Travel Manager**. In this role, you’ll leverage your travel consultancy expertise to develop business success while growing our team. You’ll ensure the business can deliver exceptional service, building repeat and referral business through our marketing initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee travel operations, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Support consultants in delivering exclusive benefits to clients.
- Manage team communications, travel requests, and project coordination.
- Handle inbox management, Amadeus queues, and supplier audits.
- Provide frontline support and resolve travel-related issues.
- Develop company procedures and customer service standards.
- Utilize GDS (Amadeus/Tramada) for bookings and itinerary management.
- _Bonus:_ Experience in hotel booking and onboarding account management.

**Desired Skills & Experience**:

- **GDS proficiency** - Experience with Amadeus, Tramada, or CTM systems is a plus.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
- High-level time management and organizational skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication.
- Knowledge of travel industry accounting principles.
