We are currently seeking a Casual Bus Service Officer to work at Redcliffe Station. This is a new role that will be supporting the new Airport train line.

**About the Role**

We are looking for a customer service focused individual that has a strong commitment to safety to provide the best experience for our customers.

The role is a Monday to Friday **Casual** position supporting our customers during peak periods in the morning and late afternoon averaging 30 hours per week.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Answering passenger questions about services, transport connections, how to get to local attractions and ticketing;
- Monitoring and ensuring Bus Services operate in a coordinated and orderly fashion in accordance with the approved Timetable;
- Ensure Bus Services connect with other Transperth Services in compliance with the approved Timetable;
- Driver support and assistance when requested;

- Uniform provided

**About You**
- Must have your own reliable transport and licence.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to assess situations and make quick and practical decisions.
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.

**Skills, Qualifications & Experience**
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills and clear telephone manner
- Excellent knowledge of Metropolitan area and bus networks.
- Be able to obtain a Working with Children card
