**Junior Service Administrator**:

**The Role**

The Junior Service Administrator will see you kick-start your career in a busy and varied environment. You will receive full on-the-job training and you will learn to go above and beyond with the support of our collaborative Service Admin team.

**You will: -**
- ** Assist **with the** coordination of** all aspects of **service administration** - service-related timesheets, invoicing, purchase orders, data entry, and work order documentation.
- ** Support** the Service Admin team and the internal **supervisors** with basic mobilisation and general admin.
- ** Maintain **and order office supplies.
- ** Collaborating **with other areas of the** business.**:

- Provide **customer service** - greeting visitors and answering incoming phone calls.

**What Will You Need?**
- MS Office literacy.
- Ability to work effectively as a part of a broad team as well as independently
- Administrative skills or previous experience in a similar role
- A passion and commitment to go above and beyond.
