Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for supply chain planning and inventory optimisation? Our client is looking for an experienced **Planning Manager** to join their team and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless production, supply continuity, and inventory efficiency across all their sites.

**About the Role**
Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Planning Manager will oversee production planning, inventory control, procurement, and supplier evaluation. You’ll ensure that raw materials, consumables, and finished goods are available where and when needed without compromising on quality or cost efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute inventory replenishment strategies
- Schedule production to meet customer demands and inventory targets
- Monitor consumption patterns and develop accurate demand plans
- Manage procurement activities, supplier negotiations, and contract execution
- Evaluate and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure continuity of supply
- Track and report on inventory accuracy, production performance, and supply risk

**What Success Looks Like**
- High cycle count and raw material reconciliation accuracy
- On-time and in-full production schedule execution
- Strong supplier relationships with risk mitigation strategies in place
- Clear and consistent communication across departments

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on planning and inventory management experience

Analytical mindset with excellent organisational and communication skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Inventory management: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
