As a Legal Administrator, you will provide valuable support to Endeavour’s Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Company Secretariat teams, managing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure our operations run smoothly.

You’ll play a key role in fostering positive, collaborative relationships with our legal and business partners, enabling proactive, pragmatic assistance that supports our mission of creating a more sociable future together. To maximize opportunities for connection and collaboration as team players, this hybrid role requires you to be in the office two days a week.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

- Monitoring and triaging Endeavour’s legal inbox
- Assisting with contract administration, including execution and storage
- Coordinating diaries and arranging meetings for the leadership team
- Booking travel for the leadership team
- Taking meeting notes
- Managing legal matters in our system, Xakia, and overseeing invoice and purchase order administration in Coupa
- Supporting vendor onboarding and assisting with event management
- Contributing to team capacity by onboarding/offboarding team members
- Assisting with collation of documentation in response to subpoenas (with lawyer supervision) Working with the team to identify and implement process improvements, leveraging technology where possible

What do we need from you

- Proven experience in a similar administrative role within a law firm, in-house legal team, or other professional services environment
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Effective communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset Intermediate to advanced tech literacy across Microsoft or Google Suite, and a willingness to embrace new technologies
