Join TRS Resourcing as a Warehouse Administrator and take responsibility for the efficient handling of all clerical and administrative activities within our client's transport operation. Based in Clayton, 3168, this role offers an attractive salary of $70,000 plus Super.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in computer operations
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of materials handling and warehousing in the transport industry

Responsibilities:

- Ensure accurate data entry for efficient record-keeping
- Transmit Proof of Delivery (POD) and weighbridge information in a timely manner
- Manage invoicing processes
- Conduct stock takes to maintain inventory accuracy
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, meeting their daily service requirements and KPIs
- Assist with site audits to uphold operational standards
