**Your Story**

As the Warehouse & Distribution Manager (2IC), you will support the Warehouse & Distribution Manager in leading and coordinating the daily operations of our warehouse and dispatch team. You will play a key role in driving the performance, efficiency, and safety of the warehouse, ensuring that operations run smoothly and meet high standards:

-  Overseeing daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, dispatch, and inventory control
-  Acting as second-in-charge (2IC), stepping in to manage the team in the Manager’s absence
-  Leading a team of warehouse operators and forklift drivers to meet KPIs
-  Working closely with internal stakeholders (Planning, QA, Production) to ensure timely and accurate product movement
-  Ensuring all warehousing and logistics processes comply with OH&S and food safety standards
-  Contributing to continuous improvement projects and system enhancements
-  Handling clerical and administrative tasks related to inventory and dispatch using NetSuite and Microsoft 365

As part of the Warehouse Operations team, you will:

- work in a warehouse environment. This means that you will be required to wear PPE including High Vis and Safety Boots every day.

To be successful in this role you will have:

-  Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory or 2IC role
-  Solid working knowledge of warehouse systems, ideally NetSuite or similar
-  Sound understanding of inventory control, dispatch logistics, and warehouse safety protocols
-  Forklift license (required) and valid Driver’s Licence
-  Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills
-  Experience in a fast-paced FMCG or food production environment (preferred)

Your hours of work will be performed between 6.00am and 5.00pm.

Our hourly rates of pay are dependent upon your levels of experience. This will be discussed during the recruitment process.
