The Role:
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand on their events experience. The role will provide operational and administration support for a range of events and assist in delivering quality student experiences through fixed engagement space and place making.
**Responsibilities**:
- Event support and administration
- Contribute to planning of all events, activities, and promotions
- Support, foster and grow student experiences
- Book and confirm entertainers, venues, catering, production, and security
- Raising Purchase Orders, tracking payments and reconciliation on the Events Planner
Skills and Experience:
- Previous event administration or coordination experience
- Demonstrated superior time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Current Working with Children's Check required
