**About the role**:
This role at its core is about developing strong connections with clients ensuring they receive the support they need to continue living the life they choose at home and in their local community.

We have multiple roles available for in home NDIS support workers supporting clients in their own homes. Our clients need support in a range of activities, such as personal care, 1:1 community access domestic care, meal preparation, shopping, transport to appointments and events.

We provide services across many locations throughout the Mornington Peninsular - Rosebud, Rye, Mornington, Mount Martha and Frankston areas, meaning you enjoy working close to home and in your local community.

The hours you work are flexible and tailored to your availability. The most available work is in the morning and afternoon with some evening and weekend work also available.

**About you**:
We are seeking caring, friendly, compassionate, customer service focused people who want a career that truly makes a difference in the lives of others.
- Ideally, you will have a Cert III or IV in Disability, Home and Community Care or Individual Support.
- You **must **have NDIS workers screen,** **NDIS orientation module, police check and have your CPR and first-aid certificate.
- You must be willing to travel between clients & have your own reliable transport and a driver's license
- Up to date COVID & Flu vaccinations
- You must be willing to complete Domestic Assistant Shifts
