- Expertise in specialty coffee, including espresso calibration and latte art.
- Proven leadership skills to inspire and train baristas.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
- Strong attention to quality and consistency in coffee preparation.
- Creative approach to menu innovation and seasonal offerings.
- Skilled in stock management and daily coffee operations.
- Flexible and reliable, available for weekends and public holidays.

Pay: $30.00 - $46.00 per hour
