We’re looking for a Fundraising Account Manager to join our team The primary goal of this role is to unlock the growth potential within each of our clients. You’ll do this by identifying strategic growth opportunities, developing and implementing tailored account plans for clients with high potential, and ensuring the successful delivery of programs of work that drive impact, ranging from strategies and campaigns to retainers.
This is a **maternity leave cover role**, ideal for someone who thrives in a purpose-driven, fast-paced environment and is ready to step into a key client-facing position that supports not-for-profits in achieving their goals. It is a full-time fixed term contract from September 2025 - July 2026, and can be based anywhere in Australia, as long as you’re able to work within the AEDT/AEST time zone.
**What You Will Be Doing**:
In this role, you’ll be the primary contact with our clients, and will work with them over multiple years in the development, evolution and execution of their future plans, proposing new initiatives as needed. You will maintain client leadership, implement processes and systems to retain and grow clients, lead campaign strategy, maintain your knowledge of best practice digital marketing and fundraising performance and use analytics and insights from ntegrity’s hundreds of campaigns and market data to inform strategies.
- Develop proposals, estimates and statements of work, work with clients and your Lead to reach an agreed scope.
- Work closely with our Delivery / Project Management team to plan project timelines and resourcing.
- Lead project kick-offs and briefings; work closely with project managers on agendas and high level project timeline, lead kick-off meetings setting the scope of the project: hours, brief, deliverables.
- Project progress and delivery; be accountable for the project timeline and scope management, review deliverables prior to sending to client, and provide feedback when deliverables aren’t in line with requirements.
- Lead regular touchpoints with client teams: WIP meetings, campaign planning sessions, presentations, workshops, etc.
- Be responsible for identifying and pursuing opportunities for client growth and expansion.
**What We Need You To Have**:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing and/or digital teams with a strong foundation in not-for-profit work and fundraising principles.
- Experience working in an agency environment.
- Excellent client relationship management and the ability to function as a trusted digital advisor, thinking beyond the brief to deliver solutions that help our clients consistently grow.
- Experience in growing revenue through strong strategic focus and execution.
- Strong understanding of a wide range of digital channels and marketing technology, both implementing and using. Experience managing and optimising digital advertising campaigns.
**This Role Won’t be a Good Fit If**:
- You don’t have a strong foundation of not for profit work and fundraising principles; our clients are primarily not for profit organisations they require strong expertise from us.
- You don't work well under pressure; we have a lot going on - all the time
- You like to work at a slower pace; fast turnaround as well as high quality is important.
