**About us**

Dynamic Outreach Pty Ltd is a team of passionate and enthusiastic people who aim to assist international and local NGOs and emerging businesses by providing direct/face-to-face marketing services, which enable these organisations to focus on their expertise in the field.

We are specialised in face-to-face fundraising using Shopping Centres, Street and Door campaigns as our primary methods. We are committed to ensuring that we represent our charity partners ethically and support them accurately.

**Local Fundraising Manager**

**Your Role**:

- Lead a team of 6-8 fundraisers through daily coaching and mentoring.
- Drive performance using clear, measurable KPIs.
- Foster an ethical and inclusive team culture.

**Salary & Earnings**:

- Base Salary: $65,000 p.a. + Super + Uncapped Bonuses
- OTE: approx. $109,000 p.a. (inc. super) with generous, uncapped bonuses.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven leadership experience in fundraising or sales.
- Ability to recognize and nurture individual strengths.
- Strong coaching and motivational skills.
- 6+ months experience in face-to-face sales or fundraising or similar direct sales positions (highly regarded).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 - $132,278.77 per year

Expected hours: 35 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Team Leader: 1 year (preferred)
