- We will continue to uphold our EXCEEDING practices within the new service to ensure all practices are embedded daily
- Our philosophy strives to provide an aesthetically pleasing environment, inviting a home-like environment that fosters creativity, exploration and imagination

Your role:

- Leading the OOSHC service including all aspects of programming and planning, vacation care, other educators and adherence to NQS and My Time Your Place and other regulatory frameworks
- Developing strong relationships with children at Kids College
- Developing strong relationships that support and partner with families
- Developing and implementing the policies and associated procedures of Kids College at all times
- Leading continuous improvement in all areas of Kids College OOSHC
- Adhere to absolute confidentiality with all issues related to Kids College children, educators and operations
- The efficient and effective delivery of care and programming functions of Before School and After School Hours children at Kids College
- Leading Vacation Care program
- Transporting the children to and from school in the morning and afternoon using our bus (HR license required for the bus)
