Perfect role to take the next step in your Education / Childcare career. Manage a large 150 place service as a Lead Coordinator. This is an out of ratio role which allows you to oversee and mentor your team, in a school that has a great existing relationship.

**About the role**

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
