In this full time role, based in Richmond, you will be responsible for providing a customer focused administrative support to the Emergency Department (ED) Director at Epworth Richmond. You will be part of the Emergency Department and report to the ED Director.

**You will make an impact by**:

- Providing comprehensive, efficient and timely administrative support to the ED Director and doctors.
- Supporting the ED Director in ensuring doctors are kept up to date with KPIs and other requirements in keeping with Epworth’s Policies and Procedures.
- Ensuring all relevant committee and meeting minutes are accurately documented and distributed within agreed time frames.
- Assisting with the management of and updating of rosters for ED doctors
- Providing excellent, helpful customer service to ED patients & families who call the ED for follow-up questions.

You will proactively approach tasks and responsibilities confidently, communicate clearly, and competently work under pressure to meet deadlines. You will be self-directed with a team focus and committed to self-development or learning.

You will have:

- A formal qualification in administration or other relevant field
- A previous experience in administration with multiple key stakeholders
- Strong computer skills with a drive to upskill where necessary
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of confidentiality and discretion
