Your role will involve fostering independence, providing companionship, and ensuring the well-being and comfort of those under your care.- Provide quality resident-focused care utilising a person-centred approach and in accordance with care plans, Aged Care Standards and policies/procedures of Mercy Health.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation relevant to resident care.
- Work in consultation with other staff to provide relevant and timely information.
- Preferred availability during the evening, overnight and weekends.

- The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.- You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
