This opportunity is to work directly with our CEO, Lauren Oakes. She is looking for someone to work with on a daily basis across general office tasks as well as personal tasks.
Megaphone is the leading digital marketing agency in Australia with around 100 staff across Brisbane Sydney and Melbourne. We have a large focus on company culture and work life balance. The hours for this role are flexible from 25-38 hours per week. These can be between school hours if needed perfect for return to work flexibility. You will work between the Richmond office location and Prahran with work from home options one day per week. (This is flexible depending on tasks being completed) you will need a car.
We are looking for someone who lives and breathes organisation, will love our friendly office environment and someone who gets satisfaction out of helping things run smoothly. We are searching for a dedicated and passionate Personal Assistant who understands the true meaning of a PA role. You will be involved in all areas of their professional and personal life. Whether it's running errands, organising personal things or training on new services in the business - no job will be too big or small.
Experience as a PA is essential as well knowledge across social media. A desire to learn new things will help you to fit in with our great company culture.
**What will your day-to-day look like?**
Office Tasks include
- Industry research
- Administrative tasks
- Scheduling meetings
- Managing social media schedule
- Networking calendar
- Managing Phone
- Social media inbox management
Personal Tasks include
- Arranging travel
- Planning events
- Running errands
- Grocery shopping when required
- Meal Preparation
- Dog walking (occasionally)
- Daily apartment tidy up
- Life organisation (car service, insurance bills etc)
- Minimum 1 year/s experience in a PA role
- Knowledge across social media platforms
- Communication skills - both oral and written
- Ability to adapt to any situation
- Proactivity
- Organisational skills and the ability to compartmentalise and multitask effectively
- Tact and diplomacy
- Discretion and trustworthiness
- An interest in digital marketing
