Are you a results-driven sales professional with a talent for building relationships and guiding customers through significant life decisions? Levande is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to join our team onsite in Melbourne’s North.
In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in supporting prospective residents and their families as they transition into a Levande retirement community. Your expertise in consultative sales and commitment to customer service will directly contribute to increasing occupancy and enriching the lives of our residents.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective residents and their families.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, positioning Levande as the preferred choice.
- Achieve sales targets by guiding prospects from enquiry to settlement.
- Represent Levande with integrity and professionalism, ensuring accurate product knowledge.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity, adapting strategies for success.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in a face-to-face sales role (retirement living, real estate or similar preferred).
- Proven ability to convert leads into successful sales while maintaining ethical sales practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a customer-first approach.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and self-motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Ability to work onsite in Melbourne’s North, engaging with the local community.

Desirable Experience (Not Essential, But a Bonus)
- Retirement Living or Residential sales experience.
- Background in property, financial services, business, or high-value consumer sales.
