**About the Customer Remediation team**

The Customer Remediation team supports NAB to get it right for customers every time by helping teams across the enterprise:

- Identify events and rapidly remediate them
- Deliver customer remediation activities in a consistent and timely manner
- Report regulatory events in a clear and prompt manner

The Customer Remediation team plays a pivotal role in achieving key outcomes such as:

- Improved customer experience
- Increased confidence in our products, processes and customer outcomes
- Improved quality and speed of event resolution

**What you’ll be doing**

Working with the Manager, Remediation Portfolio Management (RPM) and as part of a highly organised, structured and insightful team, you will be responsible for:

- Delivering monthly executive reporting on the progress of the remediation portfolio, bringing insights to the key focus areas to drive speed and quality of customer remediation
- Design and maintenance of remediation performance dashboards
- Providing ongoing support to teams in using the Remediation Workflow tool to ensure high-quality reporting, tracking and planning
- Working collaboratively with teams across the Remediation function, to develop a systematised view of the portfolio by slicing data based on the needs of stakeholders (e.g., by stage in pipeline, by Division etc) and ensuring insights and trends are derived to support decision making and instigate action;
- Contribute to the maintenance of infrastructure necessary to manage workflow and documents in a controlled high-quality way.
- Support the Manager, RPM in terms of leading process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and standardisation in the Remediation process.

**What you’ll bring**

This role requires an experienced Consultant with relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Finance or Business. You can demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and business partners. You come to us with:

- Strong experience developing executive level communications and presentations
- 5 years’ experience in reporting, governance or project management,
- Industry knowledge, including an understanding of risk and compliance, complemented by knowledge of the regulatory landscape
- Advanced Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel capabilities
