This multi-national group operates facilities throughout Australia, Hong Kong, and mainland China. Pallion designs, manufactures, and distributes precious metal products and related services. Pallion entities offer the following services: Bullion; Refining and Minting; Casting and Jewellery; Fabricated Metals; Findings and Vaulting.

**The Role**

Due to an exciting growth period, Pallion is looking for a graduate or soon-to-be graduate in the environmental field who is keen to kick-start their career by taking an active involvement in a rapidly growing, industry-leading precious metals and jewellery manufacturing company.

You will be a key driver to set the Group's ESG initiatives, steering us towards our vision of being the world’s most considerate precious metals company.

Reporting Directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, the main purpose of your role is to embed sustainability across the whole Group, & to ensure that Pallion can successfully deliver to meet market expectations and internal strategy.

**About you**:
We are looking for an innovative and creative individual with both a strategic mindset and hands-on approach.
- Tertiary qualifications or soon to be qualified in a relevant field.
- Relevant post-graduate qualifications would be considered advantageous.
- Graduate qualifications in environmental science, data science, analytics or related discipline
- Proven analytical and data processing skills.
- An eye for detail and comfort with working with large datasets
- Knowledge of sustainability practices, and applicable laws and regulations such as UNSDGs, SASBI and GRI.
- A desire to make a difference.
- Tech savvy, always looking for ways to work smarter.
- Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- As you will be the representative of the group, you must be able to communicate strongly with leaders & executives - both written & verbally
- Ability to interact with managers in an open, friendly approachable way.
- Previous experience in writing & creating sustainability reports.
- Excellent proficiency in the use of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently.
