**What You Will Be Doing**

The Men’s Behaviour Change Program (MBCP) Facilitator works in partnership with other team members in delivering a range of short, medium and longer-term family violence behaviour change interventions to men in the Bayside Peninsula catchment who are 18 years or over and identify using violence in their family relationships. The role works with men to enhance the safety of women, children and other family members. This role can include working in collaboration with other Peninsula Health services as well as external agencies, where required.

**What You Need**

We anticipate you will have:

- A relevant qualification in Social Work or Psychology
- Psychologists require full registration with AHPRA.
- Social Workers who are eligible for membership of the AASW
- Demonstrated skills and experience in group work facilitation, case management
- Well-developed understanding of the impacts of family violence for family members and broader community.
- Strong skills in working with complex clients including defusing, self-management and reflective practice
