**Sponsorship Manager**
- Full time role - 9 mth fixed term contract
- Sydney location
- Hybrid role - minimum 3 days in office

**How will I help?**

This is a critical role that will see you leveraging and driving impactful programs of work that create meaningful experiences, deliver tangible business results, and make a positive impact in the community.
- Create and support the execution of world class sponsorship strategies and plans
- Assist with the setting of campaign objectives for each partnership using data and analytics to determine deliverables
- Manage third party relationships (e.g. agency relationships, partners) with quarterly/half yearly check point meetings auditing the delivery of benefits
- Adherence to Operational Risk Management Framework and Compliance ManagementFramework
- Ensure KPIs & metrics of success is defined for all campaigns

**What do I need?**
- **_Extensive _**experience in developing sponsorship, community and brand strategies for a large corporate/matrix organisation
- Understanding of the sponsorship landscape including market trends, values, and best practise
- Ability to multitask and be confident to prioritise key deliverables and programs
- Previous experience with negotiating contracts including management of the internal approval process and Group Procurement obligations
- Demonstrated ability to think commercially & creatively to engage our audience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and project management skills & ability to influence outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive and collaborative attitude
