**The Company**

This client is an established public practice accounting firm located in Kew. They provide a broad range of services in accounting and taxation with over 40 years experience The firm have varied clients including farmers, real estate and wholesalers.

Due to rapid growth and an internal promotion, this client is seeking a vibrant Office Administrator/Receptionist to join their team as soon as possible

**Duties include but are not limited to the following**:

- Managing the partners calendars
- Greeting clients upon arrival
- Setting up boardrooms
- Organising events
- Managing incoming calls
- ATO mail management
