We are seeking a dedicated **Administration Assistant** to join our in-office team, supporting our continued success with excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls to appropriate personnel or departments.
- Take messages and provide basic information to callers as necessary.
- Input data into computer systems and verify accuracy of data.
- Schedule and coordinate the team’s site visits
- Assist with typing and submitting reports.
- Liaise with our contractors and clients.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years' experience in client administration and customer service will be highly regarded but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient with Google Workspace
- High level of organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under tight timeframes
Pay: $50,193.23 - $62,500.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplementary Pay:
- Annual bonus
- Overtime pay
