ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to install, service and maintain our growing number of CNC woodworking machines throughout Melbourne, Victoria and Tasmania. This is ideally a long term position, with the possibility of future growth within the company.

Ongoing training will be provided, and interstate/overseas travel in the future may be required.

The role will be a salary package (salary plus super), and will include a car, petrol, laptop, mobile phone and tools required for the job. Salary is negotiable, based on previous experience and will be reviewed in 6 months.

Job tasks and responsibilities:
Duties include (but are not limited to):

- Machine Installations
- Routine maintenance services of machines
- Issue diagnosis and repair, both on site and via phone
- Recording and reporting on service calls and visits
- Remote login customer service

Skills and experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role or as a CNC machine operator is ideal.
- Basic software and PLC knowledge is a plus.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
